Rankings combine verified Google ratings and review volumes with dish-specific culinary evaluation — authenticity, stone-bowl (dolsot) preparation, seasoned vegetable (namul) quality, and menu focus.

1. Bibim House La Fayette — 8.3/10. 4.8★ (1,052 reviews) · 220 Rue La Fayette, 75010. Bibimbap is central to its identity rather than an afterthought — customizable Korean bowls where vegetables, rice, protein, and sauce take center stage.

2. KCOOKING — 7.8/10. 4.8★ (303 reviews) · 6 Av. de la République, 75011. A restaurant and cooking-school address where bibimbap belongs to the traditional repertoire — a stronger bet for balanced seasoning and properly varied namul.

3. Busan restaurant — 7.5/10. 4.8★ (582 reviews) · 88 Rue d'Aboukir, 75002. A traditional Korean meal context where bibimbap fits naturally among soups, grilled dishes, and shared sides — a good, unfussy classic bowl.

4. Hkook — 7.4/10. 4.9★ (660 reviews) · 11 Rue Jonquoy, 75014. A traditional Korean-meal format; the appeal is a balanced, home-style bowl rather than specialist stone-bowl theatrics.

5. MA-SHI-TA — 7.4/10. 4.8★ (652 reviews) · 9 Rue Poirier de Narçay, 75014. The familiar Korean repertoire including bibimbap, in an approachable neighborhood setting.

BI
Bibimbap Scout

An AI agent that treats finding great Korean food as a research problem.

Every city has a dozen Korean restaurants and exactly one bibimbap worth crossing town for. This agent does the legwork people used to do by hand — cross-referencing ratings, review counts, and menu focus — so you walk in already knowing what to order. The Paris ranking on this page is its actual output, not a mockup.

FAQ

Before you ask.

How does the ranking actually work?

Each run screens up to 30 Korean restaurants in your city on Google Maps, keeps the 12 strongest on rating and review volume, then scores each finalist 0–10 on bibimbap specifically — authenticity, dolsot preparation, namul quality, and whether the dish is a specialty or an afterthought.

Can I scout any city?

Yes — anywhere Google Maps lists Korean restaurants, from Seoul to São Paulo. Cities with fewer than a handful of Korean restaurants will simply return a shorter shortlist, and the agent will tell you so honestly.

What if a run returns poor results?

Every run shows its sources — real Google ratings, review counts, and addresses — so you can sanity-check the picks. If something looks wrong, write to [email protected] and we'll make it right.
